This package is perfect for the couple who doesn’t have the luxury of time to immerse themselves in the details. We handle typically delicate situations between family members so you don’t have to. This Exquisite Planning Package is the most inclusive with the following in addition to the services received in our two other packages:

~ Wedding Preparation ~

  • Attend Vendor meetings
  • Creation of customized to-do list
  • Design Ceremony and Reception details and floorplans
  • Budget guidance and payments due spreadsheet
  • Delivery of Food, drinks, snacks to bridal party
  • Review of vendor contracts
  • Final guest counts provided to vendors
  • Oversee Transportation logistics
  • Complimentary usage of any linens or décor available in our storeroom.

  • Spa Concierge: Scheduling hair/makeup trials and appointments
  • Wardrobe Concierge: Tuxedo, gown pickup/returns as well as garment steaming

“The MaîtreD’” Partial Planning

A Maitre D’ oversees the Catering and Staff at venues, hotels and restaurants. We provide similar services on a grander, more graceful scale for your stylish event. This package is perfect for the couple who needs a little guidance be it on etiquette or vendor referrals. This Elegant Partial Planning Package includes the following in addition to our “Caddy “Services:

~ Stationery Design~

  • Initial design consultation to determine the overall look and color scheme
  • Digital proofs provided for all design elements prior to printing
  • Major design elements include two (2) initial designs and three (3) revisions once the design has been chosen
  • Secondary design elements are created after initial designs are chosen
  • Print pricing is determined based on information provided in the initial consultation; significant increases or decreases in guest numbers, pieces needed, paper/embellishment choices, etc.

~ Wedding Preparation ~

  • Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
  • Contract Negotiation with other vendors
  • Unlimited email communication from date of contract
  • Twelve scheduled planning sessions in person
  • Unlimited phone communication during the thirty days prior to your wedding
  • Tips and Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget, to include vendor referrals
  • Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services and be provided a finalized timeline
  • Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any payment due one week prior to the ceremony
  • Discounted rental on any linens or décor available in our storeroom.

“The Caddy” Day of Coordination

Let us caddy your wedding and handle all the logistics! This package is perfect for the couple who has it all planned and just needs a little help with the execution.

Also known as Month of Coordination this Chic package includes:

~ Rehearsal ~

  • Organize wedding rehearsal (to include lineup, staging, and ceremony walkthrough)
  • Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to be given to the wedding party and key designated persons

~ Wedding Day ~

  • Up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
  • Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – Make it Posh Events will be available in person and by telephone on the wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions
  • Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception sites
  • Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit – aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc.
  • Direct guests to ceremony and reception sites
  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony
  • Set up and break down table numbers/names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions
  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception according to established schedule
  • Ensure distribution of vendor tips & balances
  • Return personal or rented items as agreed upon to their owners
