There were no April showers at this Romantic English Country Inspired Wedding. Brandi and Mike got married on a sunny spring day at the Historic Jasmine Plantation in New Kent (just outside of Richmond VA). Brandi loves Jane Austen so we channeled our inner Jane and created an English Garden Inspired scene. Brandi and her friends had been scouring thrift stores for china that was used at each place setting. Trinkets and antique books were included in the centerpieces along with English Garden Roses. Brandi’s daughters read quotes about marriage and love during the ceremony which totally brought down the house. It was so refreshing to see a couple focus on themselves and their family on their wedding day. There is something about a small wedding that really brings a sense of togetherness. I was totally in love with her day. Brandi was so relaxed and laid back. You could tell that she was just enjoying the moment. I wish this for all our couples!!
